How to Vote
Completing your ballot in five easy steps:
- Fill out your ballot. To vote yes for UAKU, use a pen to put an X in the box next to “United Academics of KU, AAUP, AFT”
- Do not sign the ballot or make any other distinguishing marks on it.
- Place your completed ballot into the ballot envelope.
- Place the sealed ballot envelope into the return postage paid envelope. Print your name and job title, and sign your name in the left hand corner of the return envelope. If you have multiple names, have changed names, or are unsure which name KU has on file, include all of your current and former names.
- Return the ballot via US mail. Ballots must arrive at the PERB offices by 4:00 PM on April 24th.
Note: Before you drop it in the mail, take a photo of yourself with your sealed return envelope and send it to UAKU! We’ll share photos through social media and email to encourage others to vote, too! You can submit your photos online through this form, or email to info@uaku.org.
